At Holos Circle, most of our products are made to order or delivered digitally. Because of this model, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. However, we care deeply about your experience — and we do offer refunds in specific cases.

Eligibility for Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item or accessing your digital product. We’ll review the issue and may offer a refund under the following conditions:
The product arrived misprinted, damaged, or defective
You received the wrong item or format due to our error
There is a clear quality issue that affects usability or access
We do not offer refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect product selection at checkout
General dissatisfaction without a clear defect or technical issue
We may request screenshots, photos, or other proof of the issue before processing a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Your order number
A description of the issue
Supporting media (if applicable)
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or digital access.

Refund Approval & Processing
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping
As we do not accept physical returns, no return shipping is required or provided.
